Vehicle Service Contract Claims Procedures:
Mechanical Breakdown Claims Procedures:
- If you have a mechanical breakdown, simply bring your RV to your dealer’s service department (or if not drivable, call our Roadside Assistance number to have your RV towed), and let them know that you have an EasyCare Service Contract. Their trained professionals will handle the rest.
- If a mechanical breakdown occurs while you are traveling, you can have your RV repaired at any licensed repair facility. Be sure to have them call the claims number (1-800-538-4181) prior to performing any repairs, and have your Service Contract number available when calling. Adjusters are on duty weekdays from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm EST, and Saturday from 9:00 am until noon EST.
- You will only need to pay for your deductible (where applicable) and for any non-covered repairs. The administrator may request copies of your service records before authorizing repairs.
- Don’t forget to maintain your RV per the recommended maintenance schedule of the manufacturer of your RV, and per the terms and conditions of your Service Contract as noted in the section titled: “Your Responsibilities”.

Tire & Wheel Damage Claims Procedure:
- If you have tire or wheel damage (due to a covered loss), simply bring your RV to dealer’s service department (or if not drivable, call our Roadside Assistance number to have your RV towed), and let them know that you have an EasyCare Tire & Wheel coverage. Their trained professionals will handle the rest.
- If a tire or wheel damage (due to a covered loss) occurs while you are traveling, you can have your RV repaired at any licensed repair facility. Additional Tire & Wheel Coverage Information:
Tire
- Original tires as supplied by the manufacturer and replacement tires of like kind and quality.
- Any condition that does not result in measurable air loss, such as “bubble,” does not meet the definition of unserviceable and is not a covered loss.
- Your tire(s) must have at least 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of the covered loss for this coverage to apply.
Wheel:
- Original wheels as supplied by the manufacturer and replacement wheels of like kind and quality.
- Unserviceable means that the wheel is unable to seal with the tire, resulting in air loss.
- Your tire(s) must have at least 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of the covered loss for this coverage to apply.

- For a hassle-free claims processing procedure, please call us at (800) 538-2774, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Our claims processing professionals will provide you with detailed instructions for filing your claim, including a list of documentation that will need to be submitted.
- IMPORTANT: All claims must be reported to APCO within 90 days of the date of the primary insurance settlement, or 90 days from the date of loss in the event that no primary insurance was in force. Please note: due to privacy laws, your documents will often have to be obtained by you. APCO may not be able to gather this documentation on your behalf.
