F&I Impact is a four-day course designed to benefit F&I managers of all levels. It combines highly interactive classroom training with role playing to sharpen skills and improve retention.

After completing the course, you will receive:

  • Video of your in-class performance
  • Personal feedback from the class facilitator

In addition to the course curriculum, you’ll gain access to EasyCare University’s Virtual Training platform and receive invitations to monthly online coaching session.

The cost for this four-day training course is $1,499. Payment is due to your EasyCare Representative before the start of class. Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel expenses. EasyCare will provide lunch each day, as well as one group dinner.
