ERIKA BLACKMON

Erica Blackmon, MPFS brings more than 15 years of dealership experience to the EasyCare University training team. She’s proficient in new hire onboarding, internal sales training, curriculum development, facilitating in-dealership coaching, and classroom training. Before joining APCO, Erica was a Master Instructor in the Credit and Financial Services field, developing multi-channel, customized learning solutions with a focus on federal regulations and the impact they have on underwriting processes. She has also earned the title of AFIP Certified Master Instructor- one of the most sought after certifications on the market. Erica’s broad experience gives her the ability to bring the auto industry and VSC admin world together in a formula that works.
