We can not say how happy we are with our Easy Care warranty.

Our son purchased a truck that already had an existing Easy Care warranty. The transfer process was quick and easy and made so by the associates at Easy Care.

We have had a few issues with the truck now and these have been major issues. Transmission, ECM, and now a crank sensor ring. Easy care has been wonderful in trying to expedite repairs and assisting us in working with the dealership.

We can not refer Easy Care enough. We have our own business and have several employees and explain to all of them to purchase the extended warranties with their vehicles, specifically an Easy Care plan.

For the first time I was alone when purchasing my current vehicle. In the past I was talked out of purchasing an extended warranty, this time I made the decision to include EasyCare in the financing of my vehicle. All I can say, it was the best decision I ever made while purchasing a vehicle. I have had several problems with my car recently and with Easy Care, I know exactly what I have to pay which was hundreds of dollars less it would have been without Easy Care. I will definitely be extending my coverage, and will never purchase another vehicle without including Easy Care.

I had recently posted a negative testimonial on easycare's site. I am writing today to allow viewers to know that the issue at hand was taken care of and I am satisfied with the results from easycare. I worked with John Sotherlan who was extremely pleasant and cooperative throughout this claim. He contacted me daily until the issue was resolved and we were satisfied. I thank easycare for addressing this issue and keeping us in good standing with them.

Wow; When my husband and I had to purchase a warranty in order for our financing to be approved we were so skeptical. We thought it was just another way to stick it to us at the dealership. Boy, were we wrong! EasyCare is honestly one of the best investments that we made. When they say, "EasyCare is there"; they come through in everyway. Recently, we had our truck break down and immediately were shocked when we got the estimate. There was no way we could afford to pay the enormous expense out of our pocket, but EasyCare was right there, and approved the work to be done in less than a few hours. The shop ended up needing our truck for 5 full days to finish the repairs to give you an idea of the labor involved. By the time we paid our share and were out the door, we absolutely couldn't believe how smooth the whole process was, and couldn't stop talking about how little we had to pay out of our pocket in comparison to what EasyCare covered! I wish everyone who owns a vehicle could know about EasyCare. We still have another year before our contract expires, but you can bet that because of EasyCare we'll be there with all of our cars now and in the future. Oh, and lastly, the icing on the cake is EasyCare's superior customer service! Thank you EasyCare for being there for us. We are satisfied customers that know when we've found a quality, and truly remarkable service!

I was offered EasyCare at the time of the purchase of my used SUV. It was a minimal addition to the total purchase price of the car (added in the price of the care and what was financed) It was truly a blessing to have the coverage. I have used it several times and it has paid for itself...I will be continuing my coverage as I am a month away of paying the car off and it will be a great investement to have EasyCare with me. I will always use EasyCare when I purchase my next used car and my husband is considering purchasing a plan for his car as well.

I want to say that I have had several extended warranties on vehicles before and Range Rovers in particular. This policy, yours, was offered by the dealer and I reluctantly agreed to purchase it convinced I was being ripped off again. My experience with EasyCare has been an example of the best service I have ever experienced. The dealer, Range Rover Southampton, would call the adjuster, whom I have never met, he would show up at the dealership, discuss the coverage and they would inform me of the decision immediately. I am a very happy client of EasyCare. I even feel bad considering the coverage that you have provided. If you would like to extend my coverage I would be happy to continue with you.

I have had a few repair warrantees over the years on our motorhomes. Without a doubt, "EasyCare" has been the best coverage and cost than the rest. I only wish that I had found them sooner. They are hassle free, are prompt at approvals and go the extra mile, thus leaving us as "happy campers"! We are both retired on fixed pensions and have one less expense to worry about. The best way to extend the life of any rig, is to have it fixed properly when the need arrise, not after the tires fall off. EasyCare makes that possible. I would recommend "EasyCare" to anyone with an RV. I will look into adding my truck and car(toad)when I renew my coverage this fall. Nothing short of exccellence! Thank you so much.

I sure am glad I bought my warranty through EasyCare rather than through the manufacturer, and I saved a ton of money, too. I recently had a blowout on the highway, and I called EasyCare and spoke with Jeff. He quickly handled my claim and fully explained my coverage and deductible, and gave me the 800 number I would need to handle my repair. In my opinion, you can't find a better product out there. I promote your product with everyone I know.

I have had coverage thru Easy Care for over three years & never have I been disappointed. I renewed my policy because I was very satified with the courteous of the staff & when I have a question, it answered with courtesy. I am very happy with Easy Care.
