To make a long story short, my fairly new Michelin tire got a nail on the inside wall, which made it unable to be repaired. I was told I needed a new tire for $275! I went to my local Discount Tire and they said I should be ready for a hassle because most warranty companies are very difficult to deal with and they take forever to approve payment. I didn't have too much time, but the service advisor got an EasyCare representative on the phone in just a couple of minutes. They asked for a few details and within 15 minutes they faxed over payment and I was out of there. So awesome to have had EasyCare on my side.

Wow! When my husband and I had to purchase a warranty.....we were so skeptical. We thought it was just another way to stick it to us at the dealership.
Boy, were we wrong! EasyCare is honestly one of the best investments that we made. When they say, "EasyCare is there"; they come through in everyway. Recently, we had our truck break down and immediately were shocked when we got the estimate. There was no way we could afford to pay the enormous expense out of our pocket, but EasyCare was right there, and approved the work to be done in less than a few hours. The shop ended up needing our truck for 5 full days to finish the repairs to give you an idea of the labor involved. By the time we paid our share and were out the door, we absolutely couldn't believe how smooth the whole process was, and couldn't stop talking about how little we had to pay out of our pocket in comparison to what EasyCare covered!
I wish everyone who owns a vehicle could know about EasyCare. We still have another year before our contract expires, but you can bet that because of EasyCare we'll be there with all of our cars now and in the future. Oh, and lastly, the icing on the cake is EasyCare's superior customer service! Thank you EasyCare for being there for us. We are satisfied customers that know when we've found a quality, and truly remarkable service!

During the sale of my Mini Cooper the sales rep suggested to purchase the Easy Care Warranty. I declined, but my husband chose to purchase it. I was a sceptic but, so far Easy Care has covered over 3,000 dollars of repairs. Their customer service is extrondinary and our Mini repair shop raves about the simplicity of Easy Care, as well.
